Bosch organizes the yearly Leadership Training for their managers from the Nordic region. In order to enrich our Top Performing Managers full potential and talent, we need 4 highly motivated persons (both students and professionals searching for a job) who will participate in test interviews. During these you will receive useful feedback and obtain a unique opportunity to get to know Bosch not only as a company, but also as an employer.

Qualifications
Your profile:
You are a professional who have already obtained a university degree and you are searching for a job at the moment OR you are a student in your Bachelor or Master University Degree. You have/you are pursuing a University degree within Business, Economics, Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering or similar. You want to test your interview skills and get constructive feedback. You are eager to know more about Bosch as company and employer.

Please note:
This event offers only test interviews - you are not applying for a specific position within Bosch. We ask for your availability and possibility to dial in a MS Teams session with stable internet connection on 29th of November 2024 from 08:30 until 12:30 (Danish Time). In this training session, you will go through several interview simulations and receive individual feedback from each interview team. It is therefore very important that you are available for the whole time from 8:30-12:30. Please ensure also that you have a stable internet connection, that you can speak undisturbed and that you have your camera switched on Make it happen.
