Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waitresses/Waiters at our Indian restaurant in Denmark. The ideal candidates will be passionate about providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing menus and assisting with menu selections as needed.
2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
3. Serve food and drinks to guests efficiently and in accordance with service standards, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
4. Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns or special requests.
5. Monitor and anticipate guests' needs, such as refilling drinks, clearing plates, and providing additional condiments or utensils.
6. Process payments, handle cash transactions, and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including resetting tables and cleaning spills or debris.
8. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
9. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.
10. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the dining area and cleaning tasks.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a waitress/waiter or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
5. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
6. Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with coworkers.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
8. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
9. Proficiency in Danish and/or English is preferred, but not mandatory.
