The Position
As a Total Rewards Director, you will work with rewards at a senior leadership level, managing complex stakeholder relationships and driving impactful change. Additionally, you will play a role in engaging with Employers Board, People Relations, and local unions on a variety of rewards-related matters.
Other key responsibilities will include:
• Lead a team of 6 dedicated TR partners to ensure capability building of HR Business Partners and leaders.
• Oversee and drive a host of project implementation and change management initiatives.
• Ensure smooth operation of all TR matters across HQ in Denmark, Global Business Services in India, Product Supply and R&D sites across multiple locations globally.
This Director position is a part of our global Total Rewards and Mobility leadership team, where you can influence and shape the future of our organization.
Qualifications
To excel in this position, the ideal person will possess a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Data Science, Engineering or another relevant field. Other desirable skills and experiences are as follows:
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, ideally within a global setting.
• Experienced in project implementation and change management, with prior experience in Total Rewards and P&O an advantage.
• Excellent Communications skills - ability to communicate complex information clearly to non-rewards stakeholders (both verbally and in writing) in English and Danish.
• Great stakeholder management and communication skills applied in an international context.
• Analytical mindset and talented in storytelling including data visualisation.

Team members are located across the globe to provide proximity business support.
