Tour Operator

Main responsibility will be:

• Communication with Suppliers & Travel Agents in Asia and handling all kinds of agents’ requests with a problem solving, professional attitude
• Management of all pre & post-booking enquiries from customers or Travel Agents
• Creation of tour quotations upon specific needs
• Contract management (with suppliers and customers). Communicate with both aiming and based on profitable conditions.
• Handling crisis/emergency situations in regards to their groups
• Management and maintenance of an existing customer portfolio
• Correct and accurate usage of company’s tools and business processes

Profile Required:

• Fluent in English / Korean & Chinese knowledge is a plus
• Advanced Excel user - Excellent keyboard skills
• Good time management skills with excellent attention to detail. Timely and accurate processing of orders
• Preferably, at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Tourism industry
