Training and Support Lead for IT Systems Implementation 6 Months Contract

Based on a consolidated overview of the training, hypercare and support approach in DD&IT you will be responsible for proposing the ideal set-up for the sites within Fill/Finish Expansions, meaning that:

• Create an overall approach to training, hypercare and support aligned with the general Operational Readiness strategy in IT & Automation
• Define principles and standards for conducting training, running hypercare and setting up the needed support
• Establish a generic training plan across the sites and per site based on the schedule(s) for the Cross IT System Implementation(s)
• Act as the point of contact for questions regarding training, hypercare and support for the Cross IT System portfolio in FFEx
• Build the bridge between the system delivery teams and the sites ensuring all parties feel comfortable with the way forward for training, hypercare and support

The profile must be experienced with doing training, hypercare and support in large scale projects or programme on various IT systems. More specifically experience with:

• Driving the coordination and facilitation of training
• Identifying and recommending the ideal hypercare and support set-up
• Providing af structure of existing training, hypercare and support set-up to fit the purpose of the programme

Required Skills

Besides experience with training, hypercare and support in large-scale IT System Implementation, it is also required that you can:

• Prepare material for needed workshops

• Facilitate workshops and coordinate across the various stakeholders

• Provide structure and clear guidance on best practices within IT Training, hypercare and support

• Challenge status quo and is willing to optimize the areas of responsibility

• Work as a part of a team, but also individually drive the training, hypercare and support to the next level
