The position
As a Training Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will act as a sparring partner and support subject matter experts and department management in relation to training solutions for business issues, as well as to confirm, maintain, and improve the department’s Training for Competence (TfC) system.

About the department
As a Training Partner, you will be part of the Training & Development team consisting of 10 highly dedicated and skilled colleagues including other training partners and technical writers.
The team is part of Needle Manufacturing which is overall responsible for the manufacturing of Novo Nordisk's pen needles. We are organised in seven departments and with app. 400 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
