The position
As Training Partner, you will drive and develop learning activities to ensure the most effective onboarding process and compliant training to employees, trainees and leaders in M2.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Sparring partner and support to the department management in relation to training solutions to business issues
• Design, develop, implement and evaluate training content
• Deliver training in Training Standards and drive small training projects
• Support Continuous Improvement and Systematic Problem Solving
• Process Responsible for Training Process
• Bring modern work tools into training e.g., how app’s, animation and video can help improve the future training set up
Additionally, you will collaborate with Managers, Process Responsible, Training project managers, and Training Supporters in the area to implement changes to the training system in accordance with corporate requirements.
Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
• A relevant education or obtained experience within learning and development
• Minimum 2 years experience within training development and implementation in a large organisation
• +2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry and Good Manufacturing Practise (GMP)
• Knowledge about learning technologies, content development and digital savvy as user of it-systems.
• You communicate fluent in Danish and English both written and verbally
You have excellent communication skills, which enable you to establish strong relationships and foster trust and commitment among all stakeholders. You approach problems with an investigative and analytical mindset, and you prefer to see them firsthand to gain a clear understanding of how competence development can contribute to the solution. Your personal drive, focus on improvement opportunities, and ability to execute projects independently and proactively ensure that value is added where it matters and within deadlines. Additionally, you are capable of handling a large amount of content and breaking it down into smaller parts to create effective learning journeys.
About the department
Organizationally you will be part of the M2 Business Support Department together with approximately 90 colleagues supporting the production with a variety of tasks including Environment and Energy, Finance, Logistics, Training, Lean etc. We bring value to patients by having the high-level overview across PS API M2 and by supporting production within key areas with highly skilled partners to make operation run as smooth as possible in collaboration with local colleagues.
