We are searching for a skilled Training Specialist to join our team in Bagsværd. With an enormous project pipeline, capacity expansion, and a growing team, we need someone who can help us developing our training setup.

The position
As Training Specialis you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to support optimal training and increasing human performance. You will contribute with analysis, design, and development of simple and effective training solutions to cover training needs and solve business problems.

 

Your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Owner of CVP on-boarding programme across factories. You maintain and develop the existing cross functional on-boarding of new employees and support on-boarding solutions locally
  • Maintain and broaden Novo Nordisk training concept, Training for competence, across our factories
  • Drive strategic improvements projects within training for site facilities
  • Development of our training facility called “Learn Lab” in Bagsværd, where we conduct off-site training for technicians

 

Work location is Bagsværd. 
You will have access to our global training organisation, and you will work closely within API Pilots with Job Function Coordinators, Training Supporter and Training Project Managers.

 

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine that you have an academic degree within science, engineering, adult learning, organisational development, psychology, or a similar field. Furthermore, we image the ideal candidate to have:

  • +5 years of experience with basic training knowledge (learning formats, learning objectives, assessment and evaluation of training and training effectiveness)
  • Project Manager experience - Able to drive a project to completion, engaging project members and key stakeholders
  • Structured working approach 
  • Fluent in Danish and English, written and oral

 

 API and GMP knowledge are not required. Necessary training will be provided.

 

About the department
As the support function for CMC API Pilots, we specialize in Lean, Training, Digitalization, Quality control, Data Modelling, health and Safety, supply chain, IT and Data management across our production sites located in Gentofte, Bagsværd and Bohumil, Czech Republic. Our department of 45 skilled professionals, who bring with them solid experience from Novo Nordisk, are highly motivated and dedicated to meeting the complex demands of our production facilities.
