Transformation Lead

The position 

As a Transformation Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will play a crucial role in driving and overseeing projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals.  

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Leading transformation initiatives by driving and overseeing projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals 
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness 
• Planning, organising, and allocating resources effectively to meet project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints 
• Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives 
• Communicating project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner 

Qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate who can fulfill most of the following requirements for this position: 

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field   
• 5+ years of experience in transformation, change management, or global project management 
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering transformation initiatives in a complex, dynamic environment 
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple levels of the organisation 
• Experience with IT systems or production processes is highly desirable 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

DD&IT PS is a global community comprising approximately 4.000 colleagues, focused on driving digital, data, and IT initiatives to support innovation throughout the entire Novo Nordisk value chain, from idea conception to patient care. 

DD&IT PS is anchored within the Global organization. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and assistance needed to support Novo Nordisk’s operations solutions to enable a flawless execution.
