The position
As our new Travel Consultant, you will spend most of your time organising travels from beginning to end based on our Global Travel policy. This includes flights, hotels, car rental, accommodation and other transportation for Novo Nordisk colleagues to destinations all over the world. You will receive requests by email or by phone, and most of the time will be spent booking business travel arrangements in Amadeus GDS (Global Distribution System) and Concur Travel booking system.

Additionally, you will be supporting and coordinating larger internal events. You can expect close collaboration with travel colleagues in an on-site travel team.
The position is based in Bagsværd, and working hours are within daytime with the possibility of working from home.

As a person, you are positive, service-minded and proactive. You are problem-solver and a self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative or as part of the travel team where required. Lastly, you possess excellent time management skills and customer service skills with a focus on quality.

Travel is a part of the Conference Centres & Travel department (CC&T), which consist of 40 employees based in Denmark. The Travel department is responsible for travel-related activities and driving the travel strategy for Novo Nordisk HQ & Nordics and we are service providers that values end-user experience highly.
