Are you an enthusiastic team player with commercial flair and passion, who wants to impact 100 million people’s health every year?

For two of our business areas, we are searching for our next Key Account Manager. The primary responsibility in both positions is to drive business growth by building and sustaining strong relationships with customers. 

You will be a key person in the teams, which are dedicated to managing deliveries of emergency kits, pharmaceuticals and medical devices either to United Nations (UN) agencies or to Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) on a global scale. 

We offer a career in an international company based in Denmark, involving extensive interaction and collaboration with our offices in India and China, as well as partners worldwide. 

Both teams are based in our Danish headquarters in Lynge, why a valid working permit for Denmark is required. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and continuously enhancing a comprehensive network of customers
  • Managing customer sales budgets and general order management
  • Contract negotiation and establishing Long Term Agreements 
  • Translating customer requirements into actions and motivating colleagues
  • Conducting market analysis using internal and external data
  • Developing and executing market attack plans

Our expectations:
We are looking for commercially driven team players with an eye for the details and an analytical and curious mind. 

The profile for the two jobs differentiates as follows:

  • The NGO Key Account Manager role requires a proactive approach to engaging and maintaining a large group of prospects. 
  • The UN Key Account Manager role requires the ability to maintain limited but strong long-term relationships. 

Furthermore, for both roles, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Background in business administration and 2-5 years of experience in a sales function
  • A proven track record of relationship building and management 
  • Ability to perform well under time pressure, meeting short deadlines while remaining calm and structured
  • A good negotiator understanding the benefit of partnering with customers and suppliers

Last but not least, you are an excellent communicator, possess a good sense of humour, and are eager to learn in a dynamic environment where two days are never alike.
