The position
As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating the smooth flow of compliance paperwork and agreements between vendors and affiliates, in support of our user researchers and usability engineers. A strong understanding of compliance, data protection, and ethics is essential for success in this role. You will work closely with various departments, including Sourcing & Alliance, URI, Usability Engineering, and other relevant teams to ensure that all compliance requirements are met.
Your main tasks will be:
• Provide administrative support for user research compliance, including contract management and Halo PV.
• Conduct necessary compliance assessments for user research activities, such as PV, TPR, and PDD assessments, and ensure compliance status of vendors.
• Manage personal data, including deletion, in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, and participate in cross-functional tasks related to user research compliance.
• Maintain relevant processes and tools, enable effective user research, and ensure alignment around compliance, data protection, and process flow.
Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong proficiency in both written and oral English and Danish.
• Comprehensive knowledge of compliance-related activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.

About the department
The User Research and Insights team is responsible for conducting user research to uncover expressed and latent needs, behaviours and preferences. The team of 8 people has a diverse educational background such as anthropology, design/engineering psychology and UX design. The team works in collaboration with product development teams to ensure that user insights are incorporated into the design and development process. This department plays a critical role in ensuring that products and services are designed with the user in mind, resulting in a better overall experience and treatment.
