The position 

As a Validation Responsible you will be part of a team that works to implement and validate an investment project that are currently being deployed to increase the capacity within our facility. We have a natural desire to always look for smarter ways of doing things and are always working to contribute to Novo Nordisk’s growth and bid to provide care for more patients.  

 

Your daily tasks and responsibilities will be to: 

  • Lead and support validation projects as a supporter/responsible, ensuring collaboration with Quality Assurance, Line of Business, and vendors.
  • Coordinate with external parties regarding validation activities  
  • Perform Science and Risk-based validation of infrastructure within facilities.
  • Participate in Progress Groups to ensure best practices and facilitate verification and validation activities.
  • Seek new ways to simplify and improve processes for better efficiency.
  • Take responsibility for regulatory compliance and coordinate inspections related to warehouse projects.

 

Qualifications 

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Relevant academic background and experience with GMP and equipment validation (experience preferred but not required for juniors).
  • Interest or experience in pharmaceutical Quality Management, GxP systems, and validation.
  • Knowledge of global regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA).
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English.
  • Experience with room and IT system validation.
  • Knowledge of temperature/humidity mapping and using eTIMS.

About the department 

We are part of Sourcing Operations (SoOp), the global inbound supply chain responsible for delivering packaging and raw materials to production and clinical trials.

Our department, Warehouse Expansion is newly established and focuses on expanding the existing warehouse in Hillerød to meet future demands.
