Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to support Fill Finish Expansion’s and Novo Nordisk’s strategic objectives Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms and conditions Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to service level agreements Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand vendor requirements and drive continuous improvement Supervise all external consultants linked to the area and assist in hiring processes, including establish structures supporting onboarding, training adherence, IT equipment, and accessibilities Manage vendor-related risks and escalate issues as necessary Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who can fulfill most of the following requirements for this position: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Proven experience in vendor management and procurement Strong negotiation and contract management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance About the department Digital, Data & IT Product Supply (DD&IT PS) – Fill & Finish Expansions is a program organization - built in a multi-dimensional matrix structure, that’s designed to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future.
