We are seeking two experienced and dynamic Vice Presidents (VP) to join our Investment, Engineering & Sourcing team.

About the department
Investment, Engineering & Sourcing (IES) is part of Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT). We are responsible for procurement of production-related equipment, works, and services, representing a significant billion DKK spend annually. Last year we managed spend exceeding 30 billion DKK. We manage around 600 suppliers worldwide and continuously ensure a world-class supplier base that meets the high requirements of Novo Nordisk regarding quality, performance, and sustainability. We support building and expanding manufacturing capacities through close cooperation with internal stakeholders as well as suppliers.
As part of the IES team, you will be working in the headquarters with around 70 colleagues from diverse backgrounds and approximately 15 countries. We foster an innovative and open environment, where highly engaged colleagues work together to continuously improve the global Product Supply organization.
About the business area
PSQIT is a dynamic and innovative business area within Novo Nordisk, dedicated to enhancing digital capabilities and operational efficiency. PSQIT is responsible for the supply of all marketed and phase III development products. The area represents a significant part of the Novo Nordisk organization with over 35,000 employees across multiple geographies.
Excluding support functions, PSQIT is divided into eight divisions (SVP areas) covering various parts of the value chain, and the two VPs will provide services to the following areas:

Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced leader with over 15 years' experience in engineering sourcing, procurement, and/or supply chain management, from a manufacturing industry involving significant capex investment.
In addition, you will possess:
