Topdanmark is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join the DevOps team on the largest transformation program in the history of Topdanmark. We are transforming our current core policy systems to the standard policy platform – Guidewire. You will be a key player in the design and implementation of the future DevOps team of the area. Guidewire has also been identified as a strategic policy administration platform by iF insurance – the new owner of Topdanmark.
We need a person who wants to perform in the daily tasks of the team, and at the same master to think holistically and long-term in optimizing and automating the DevOps processes.

About the job
You will join the current DevOps team alongside 2 other Topdanmark colleagues and 6 external consultants. The team has the following responsibilities:
To sum up, the tools, technologies, and programming languages that we are using are: Jenkins, Kibana, WSO2, Docker, Groovy, Java, Bash, CloudFormation (AWS), JavaScript, Node.js, Kubernetes.
At the end of Q3 2025 Topdanmark needs to be independent of the external consultants and an internal DevOps function needs to be in place. You will be an essential part of establishing this function.
About you
Your new department
You will be part of the Policy Platforms area, which is responsible for all the core policy systems in Topdanmark. Here, we are nearly 100 skilled developers, business developers, and architects. Our mindset is agile, which is reflected in various working methods (Kanban and Scrum). The working model is a hybrid workplace with a minimum of 2 fixed days in the office.
