As our Visual Communications Specialist, you will bring our stories to life by creating compelling visuals, videos, and images that engage audiences across internal and external platforms. Your work will enhance TORM’s communications and contribute to our culture of teamwork, belonging, and success in the global shipping industry.

Your Role: Develop Visuals for Our Stories

You will be part of a small but highly effective global team handling our internal and external corporate communication efforts such as employee news, social media, town halls, PR, issues management, etc.

This role requires strong collaboration skills, as you will work closely with the team to ensure high-quality, visually engaging content across our communication channels. While your strength lies in visual communication, you can also craft clear written content when needed. Based in our Copenhagen office, you will be working with other communication experts in both Copenhagen and Mumbai. You will create content and drive communication efforts that engage employees across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and enhance visual content for internal and external communication
• Support content production for town halls and internal events
• Produce engaging social media visuals, with a focus on LinkedIn
• Contribute to cross-functional projects by developing visual assets that enhance communication
• Assist with ad hoc communication tasks that require some writing skills and stakeholder management

Your Profile

We are looking for a communications professional who thrives in a global, collaborative environment and can bring strong visual expertise to the team.

To succeed in this role, you bring

• A relevant educational background in communications, media, or design

• A few years of experience in visual content creation, corporate communications, or similar
• Strong knowledge of communication channels – internal and external
• Proficiency in Adobe CC and other content creation tools
• Fluency in English is a must in this role, both written and spoken
