Visual Merchandising Trainer

As our new Visual Merchandising Trainer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing VERO MODA’s brand image across all stores in the region.

YOUR TEAM
At VERO MODA Retail, you will collaborate with highly skilled colleagues who form the backbone of a strong operational team. You will work closely with the Global Visual Merchandising Manager in Denmark and the Head of Merchandisers in each country, Country Managers, and Partners, ensuring seamless coordination across shop-in-shops, franchise partners, and own stores to deliver a consistent and impactful visual merchandising execution across all markets.

YOUR ROLE
In this role you will act as an ambassador for visual merchandising excellence, ensuring our stores adhere to the highest standards while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver flawless store launches and implementations. It requires around 120-150 travel days per year and your home base will be at VERO MODA’s headquarter in Aarhus. 

Here is a glimpse of your responsibilities:

Maintain VERO MODA’s visual merchandising standards: Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.

Support the Global Visual Merchandising Manager: Assist in developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies and initiatives.

Content creation: Generate engaging digital content that showcases our brand identity and visual merchandising excellence.

New store openings: Actively participate in the launch of new VERO MODA stores, ensuring adherence to visual merchandising standards and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Innovation and testing: Analyze, evaluate and test new visual merchandising concepts and initiatives for improvement.

YOUR PROFILE
This position requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the retail industry. To succeed in this role, you need to have a positive attitude, a strong “can-do”-mentality, and the ability to learn and adapt to new situations. 

Qualifications:

Proven ability to maintain and elevate visual merchandising standards across multiple stores.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
