The position
You will report directly to the VP of CMC API Pilots DK supporting her in all administrative tasks to ensure day-to-day efficiency. You will operate autonomously to provide excellent administrative support and be a member of the leadership team. And you will act as cultural role model and contact person internally for CMC API Pilots DK in Novo Nordisk.
Your key tasks will be:
Executive support: Manage VP calendar, prioritise meetings and manage travel.
Internal coordination: Responsible for coordinating internal staff and leadership meetings, liaise with external consultants and stakeholders.
Budget management: Responsible for the budget process for the area in close cooperation with the VP, who is the budget responsible.
Event coordination: Coordinating area meetings, seminars, team building activities and celebrations.
Communication: Responsible for keeping documentation, mailboxes, etc. updated, and help set up presentations.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong organizational and proactive planning skills with a good sense of diplomacy while being assertive and able to create team spirit.
Furthermore, we imagine that you:
Have solid administrative background with experience in a similar position.
Have vast experience in interacting with key stakeholders, including working with senior management.
Communicate effortlessly in English and Danish, both written and verbally.
Take pleasure in being an integral essential part of a team and act as a team player.
It is considered an advantage if you possess:
Solid business understanding.
Flair for IT-systems as well as social media content.
Strong accounting skills.
On a personal level you are curious, well-organized and a proactive problem solver as well as having an open mindset and be aware of we live in world with many changes. You enjoy working across an organisation and interacting with people with different expertise and at different levels. Last but not least, you have a good sense of humour, and you commit yourself at all levels of the organization and take pride in maintaining the confidentiality that is a given considering the nature of the position.
About the department
In CMC API Pilots DK, we engage in exciting investment and development projects to scale up our API production for clinical trials and digitalize our processes. We are 350 dedicated colleagues across five departments, mainly in Bagsværd and Gentofte. The VP department includes the Vice President (VP), the strategic business partner, and the VP assistant, all based in Bagsværd. You will work closely with the CVP Assistant and department assistants across CMC API Pilots.
