Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Serve dishes and drinks with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.

• Ensure tables are clean and properly set at all times.

• Handle transactions, process payments, and manage receipts.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

• Maintain a high level of hygiene and comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Basic knowledge of Chinese cuisine and beverages is a plus.
