Warehouse Team Lead – Børkop Department

Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong forklift skills and a knack for leadership? We’re looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Team Lead in our Børkop location.

About the Role
As Warehouse Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflows in our warehouse. You will be the go-to person for truck drivers, making sure they get the right documents, instructions, and support upon arrival. Key tasks include:

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including sorting pallets and managing goods flow.
• Coordinating loading and offloading of trucks efficiently and safely.
• Managing and providing necessary documents for truck drivers, ensuring everything runs on time.
• Performing administrative duties related to inventory and logistics systems.
• Assisting with basic IT tasks and supporting the team with system operations.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with:

• A couple of years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, including forklift driving.
• Preferably experience as a manager or team lead, with the ability to coordinate tasks and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational abilities, with confidence to interact with drivers and team members.
• Basic IT skills, including familiarity with inventory systems or the willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
