About the Job

As a Warehouse/Logistics Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our operations by handling incoming and outgoing goods efficiently and accurately. Your main responsibilities will include:

Receive and allocate incoming goods to the appropriate stock locations.

• Pick and pack parts for outgoing orders and projects.
• Manage shipping of goods, including:
• Communicating with customers about shipping details.
• Following up on shipments.
• Preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export papers.
• Perform regular stock counting to ensure inventory accuracy.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a proactive individual with previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role. Strong English language skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team are essential. Additionally, a service-minded approach and customer-focused attitude are highly valued.
