Dall Energy is currently operating in Denmark and France with many exciting projects in the pipeline. We are looking for a Warranty Project Manager to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the long-term success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
As the need for green energy solutions continues to boom across Europe, Dall Energy designs and delivers innovative Combined Heat and Power plants based on our patented gasification furnace. Our technology offers superior efficiency, flexibility with fuel types, and sustainability, placing us in a unique position in the market.
We are continuously growing and looking to welcome a Warranty Project Manager to lead our warranty processes, ensuring smooth operations and strong client relationships.
Your role as Warranty Manager
As our Warranty Project Manager, you’ll be the key contact ensuring our projects exceed client expectations during the warranty period, guaranteeing the performance and reliability of our installations. You’ll blend technical expertise with customer care to deliver impactful results.
Areas of responsibilties:
Warranty and customer relations:Manage warranty claims, ensuring compliance and coordinating solutions with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction through timely communication and issue resolution.
Technical support and quality control:Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with engineering and commissioning teams, conducting vendor and site visits to ensure DE quality standards.
Documentation, reporting, and process improvement:Maintain detailed records of claims and resolutions, prepare reports, and identify process improvements to reduce claims and enhance reliability.
Provide feedback to design and project teams to drive future enhancements.
Your role will directly influence client satisfaction, streamline processes, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

You thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, leveraging your expertise in customer management, technical troubleshooting, and process optimization. With solid experience in warranty management or a related role within the energy, engineering, or industrial sector, you have a proven ability to ensure contractual compliance, manage risks effectively, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Your qualifications likely include:
A degree in engineering, technology management, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
Experience with scope, risk, and claims management, ensuring structured and compliant project delivery
Proficiency in project controlling, including contract booking, budget monitoring, financial forecasting, and reporting
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to evaluate suppliers and contribute to product development efforts
Your work style is customer-focused, constructive, and solution-oriented, with a knack for navigating challenges and delivering results. You bring fluency in English at a professional level, while proficiency in French is an advantage given the nature of our current projects.
