We are looking for an outgoing and service-minded warehouse administrator for an exciting and versatile job

The work primarily consists of coordination and communication with our drivers regarding preparation, route guidance, delivery, and collection of goods, as well as general guidance. You will be the first person they call when they need help. Therefore, we are seeking a warehouse administrator who can fit into the role of a good, helpful, and flexible colleague with a positive attitude and commitment.

For a mutually good working relationship, it is important that you are:
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- Adaptable
- Punctual, especially regarding breaks, meeting times, and route planning
- Possessing a positive mindset
- In generally good physical shape

Main tasks:
- Servicing and maintaining customer relationships
- Assisting with tasks related to the company’s other driver-related ad-hoc tasks
- Warehouse logistics
- Administrative tasks related to coordination and preparedness

You are committed to your tasks, efficient, and meet deadlines. It is important that you are reliable and take pride in being on time and being a good colleague. You are thorough and independent in your approach to work. Additionally, you carry out your work with a focus on transparent communication and always greet customers with a smile.

No previous experience is required for the job, and you will receive thorough training in handling the equipment and other tasks & processes. The working hours will vary, and there will be a fair amount of evening and weekend work.
