Website Performance Specialist (12- Month Maternity)

Configit is an ambitious and growing SaaS company working in the domain of complex product and sales configuration. We help large international corporations optimize their processes and drive cross-functional innovation through our Configuration Lifecycle Management approach.  

Within our dedicated Marketing Team, you will focus on managing all activities related to the website performance, including changes to its design and development.  

Your Responsibilities 

• Lead efforts to drive change and achieve results from the website. 

• Ensure that our users have a cohesive and exceptional experience. 

• Contribute to and execute the website strategy for deploying Configit.com, with a focus on improving website load times, SEO, top-of-funnel traffic, and form-fill conversion rates. 

• Efficiently manage the design, development, and deployment of all CMS updates and new landing pages. Provide recommendations for improving digital program effectiveness and SEM tactics. 

• Plan and prioritize website updates in collaboration with colleagues in Global Marketing and stakeholders from different teams. 

• Manage freelancers and external partners working on website improvements. 

Your Skills & Experience  

• Over 3 years of experience in website management (WordPress) and driving impactful website changes. 

• A strong understanding of which communications, visuals, and graphics drive performance. 

• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, preferably Pardot. 

• Proficiency with website analytics tools like Google Analytics or Matomo. 

• Knowledge of design platforms such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 

• Knowledge of SEO best practices, conversion optimization, site behavior analysis, and reporting. 

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both external and internal stakeholders. 

• Full proficiency in English.
