Dandelion is a renowned burger restaurant in Copenhagen, known for its high-quality gourmet burgers. As we are expanding our concept beyond just the burgers to a greater focus on specialised homemade deli-products and a french-danish bistro cusine, we are looking for a trained head chef to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional food. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef with experience in French and Danish Cuisine. Strong knowledge of steaks, classic french food and danish food as we are developing our concept beyond burgers to make greater use of the exceptional organic produce that we use in our burgers. Ability to lead and train a kitchen team while maintaining high standards Experience with menu planning, cost control, and kitchen management Organized, reliable, and able to handle high-paced service A bonus is knowledge and expertise in either fermentation or homemade cold cuts and other deli-products.
