We are preparing for the execution phase of a large-scale tunnel outfitting project in Denmark (Rødby). To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Works Manager – Outfitting with a background in civil or marine engineering.
This position requires relocation to Denmark. A rotation schedule is negotiable in some cases. Applicants must hold a valid EU work visa. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
As Works Manager – Outfitting, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of all temporary and permanent outfitting works before the tunnel’s immersion and final delivery. Your focus will include work packages such as fire protection, post-tensioning, ballasting tanks, production logistics, temporary access platforms, concrete works, and sliding gate construction.

The Fehmarnbelt Tunnel is an 18-kilometre immersed tunnel connecting Rødbyhavn (Denmark) and Fehmarn (Germany). Once completed in 2029, it will be the world's longest immersed tunnel, featuring a two-lane motorway and two electrified railway tracks. The project includes large-scale onshore facilities, a 1-million m² tunnel factory, and a 500,000 m² working harbour. This groundbreaking infrastructure will significantly improve connectivity between Denmark and Germany, reducing travel times to just 10 minutes by car and 7 minutes by train.
