Zero-to-One Architect – Venture Builder

About the Role

We’re looking for a builder who can turn early-stage ideas into working products at startup speed. Someone who can blend product thinking, UX, and technical execution to de-risk ideas and get MVPs off the ground. You'll work directly with senior leadership, shaping and launching new startups from scratch or help existing portfolio companies refine and build products. The ideal person is not a specialist in just one domain but a strong generalist with complementary skills to the existing tech team — especially in areas like UX, product validation, and AI-assisted development.

What You'll Do

• Build & Validate – Quickly turn concepts into MVPs using a mix of design, no-code, AI-assisted development, and lightweight coding.

• Shape Product Strategy – Guide early product decisions, customer discovery, and user experience to ensure our builds aren’t just functional but desirable.

• Work with AI & Code – You don’t need to code day-to-day, but you must be able to direct AI-powered development, debug issues, and make smart technical decisions.

• Think in Business Models – Beyond the product itself, help us evaluate the commercial viability and scalability of each venture.

• Collaborate & Lead – Work hands-on with designers, engineers, and founders, and step in as interim product/tech lead when needed.

  
  

About You

✅ You have a strong product and UX mindset—you think beyond the code and focus on usability and market fit.

✅ You can build with modern tools—whether that’s AI-driven software development, prototyping, or assembling APIs and no-code platforms.

✅ You understand technology well enough to make architecture decisions and debug problems, even if you aren’t coding daily.

✅ You enjoy fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments where priorities shift and speed matters.

✅ You care about aesthetics and user experience—you don’t need to be a designer, but you have great taste.

✅ You have strong collaboration skills and can work with both technical and non-technical teams to get things built.
